I’m certain you’ve heard many times the phrase
‘Be the Change you want to see in the world!’
But how often have you unconsciously thought that this might only apply to others? Like this is a far-fetched thing?
How many times have you thought that after all, you are not doing anything so significant or you don’t consider yourself anything special.
Why am I bringing this up?
Because I constantly hear YOU: successful executives, powerful professional women, hard-working entrepreneurs, complain about how tired you are, about how little time you have for yourselves -especially over this period, before Christmas.
And I’d like to ask you:
✦Have you ever thought about how many activities you take on for others that you wouldn’t actually want to take on at all?
✦How often do you blame everyone and everything for what happens in your life, in your daily routine, and for the impact it has on your physical and mental health?
✦Do you often feel unwell? Do you feel lost? Do you feel as if you are ‘dragging’ yourself here and there?
✦And if you do, how often do you express it to the world around you and to those close to you? Or do you just swallow it all in?
Well, I have news for you: If you don’t do anything about this, no one else will do it for you!
✦It’s up to you to take control of your life!
✦It depends solely on you – and not on the weather, the dust, the traffic, the state, circumstances or anything else that is OUTSIDE of you!

🔆TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Have you ever considered how many activities you undertake for others that you didn’t actually want to take on? According to studies, 90% of people operate unconsciously in what they do, say, think, and feel. Each of us is solely responsible for our own development. Each one of us bears the responsibility for the choices and decisions we make and whether we accept the consequences of our actions and reactions. If you want to become stronger and take the driver’s seat in your life, you must stop blaming everything and everyone else for what happens in your life. YOU are the sole creator of your daily reality!
🔆 SET YOUR BOUNDARIES: How clearly do you express yourself to the world around you and to those close to you? How authentically do you represent who you are? How much do you honor yourself by acting, based on your own values?
Distinguishing yourself, taking time for yourself when you feel it’s important for your well-being, is not selfishness. On the contrary, it’s what we call… healthy selfishness!”
It emphasizes personal responsibility and setting boundaries while highlighting the importance of honoring oneself authentically and without guilt.
